Complaint & Warranty Claims

Despite our attempt to deliver you with goods and animals inexpensively and in good quality, it can’t be preempted that there are cases where you will receive goods or animals that are not in expected condition due to multiple factors, such as delivery mishandling by the courier, failed delivery attempt, and seller’s carelessness in terms of packaging and order processing.


Complaint announcement:

Please contact us via email at help@antsdiy.com before returning or disposing of any items!

Please attach the following documents in the email. We then will decide if a return shipping is necessary.

  • Photo/video of the dead animal / entire dead ant colony within 24 hours from received time.
  • Only claimable for first success delivery attempt.
  • Failing to do so will result in void of guarantee.
  • Photo/video of the damaged item within 24 hours from received time.
  • Photo of the damages on the packaging (punctured hole, dents, crumpled corners, etc.).
  • Failing to do so will result in void of guarantee.
  • In the event of  technical defects or the product doesn’t function as advertised, please provide a photo/video of the defective feature within 30 days.
  • Warranty will be void for physical defects that are not caused by delivery mishandling.
  • Failing to do so will result in void of guarantee.
  • Photo of the entire content together with the packaging within 24 hours from received time.
  • Purchase order list.
  • Failing to do so will result in void of guarantee.

Goods sold are not returnable.
